What is missing in this analysis is to recognize that with record "unfilled" job openings, the question should be why people aren't being trained to fill them?
We can clearly start with a failure of our public education system, much of which can be laid directly at the feet of teachers' unions.
The next fault can clearly be the transfer of money that could go to secondary, trade and college education being siphoned off (if not outright stolen) by public employee unions to provide "beyond reasonable" pensions.
We have two "union-driven" problems that are being ignored by Ms. Tyson.
